Solar power in the UAE, Where to?

Solar panels are used in small amount in UAE. Solar products’ market is accordingly small so that dealers export it to Africa & Afghanistan. People in Dubai who are interested in solar energy can use photovoltage, but there is no official policy. The time to collect the solar energy in UAE is longer than Europe. The use of solar power will improve the national economy of the UAE. The benefits of the solar energy are worthy and healthy. “With proper technology these alternative resources should become cheap and readily available for consumers”. (John, S. 2005) Using alternative energy resources reduces pollution. Governmental action has to be taken to support the usage of solar power.
